RETURNS/ PICK UPS
We understand the fit may not always be right. There for we implemented a ONLINE STORE credit policy. From the day of merchandise receipt you have 7 days to inform us of your issue or concern.
We can NOT exchange items purchased directly at Jone's on 9th. Please refer to their policy for returns/exchanges.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
- We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
- All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from Online Return Portal that clearly indicates which items are being returned.
- We do not provide prepaid return labels and you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Items on SALE, bodysuits, accessories, lingerie, swimwear, white items & any other specified items on description bar are final sale, non-returnable and cannot be returned for store credit.
- If you are a local you have the option to drop off online returns at our pick up location in Allentown, PA.
- If you placed an order for pick up you have 7 days to claim any store credit. NO EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 7 DAYS.
